Salterbaxter

RESULTS

200 participants £25k time invested in each social enterprise.

At Salterbaxter, for one day a year they dedicate their time to support social entrepreneurs – people who have built businesses around tackling social and environmental challenges. Innovation Day 2017, the sixth Salterbaxter event, saw it scale significantly and become their first international event by including their Hudson Street, New York office. It was also Salterbaxter’s first event to have a food focus in light of  Publicis Groupe’s One Table initiative.

 

Whilst Salterbaxter remained the only agency to close down completely for client work, MSL volunteered 40+ people and ARC, August, CNC, Poke, Publicis, Saatchi & Saatchi and Sapient Razorfish volunteered up to 15 people each, making it Salterbaxter’s largest event to date – 200 participants, 2 locations supporting 12 entrepreneurs.

 

For Innovation Day 2018 there has been a huge push to scale across Publicis Groupe and build it into something that binds all of us together so we act as a force for good and tackle SDG2 – Zero Hunger. Innovation Day also seeks to leverage the Power One and use it to build networks, share skills and insight by creating integrated teams across Publicis Groupe. This approach creates value for society, value to the social entrepreneur and value to our business.
